BEATRIZ’S STORY
A life built around construction.
Beatriz grew up in Chicago, where she first learned from building with her dad what it means to work with your hands and to care about the details others miss. As an adult, she spent years in remodeling and construction project management, overseeing complex projects and developing a ground-level understanding of how buildings come together — and where things go wrong when no one's paying close enough attention.

Today, she leads Presidio 1 Construction out of Waco, Texas, bringing the same standard to every project she takes on.

Beatriz grew up working alongside her father — learning construction not from a classroom, but from doing it. That's where she discovered what she loves most: the tangible act of turning an idea into something real, useful, and beautiful.

Took on residential renovation projects firsthand — managing scopes, coordinating trades, and developing a design eye for what transforms a house into something people actually want to live in.
